Student Enrolment Pack
THINQ Training is a progressive and exciting Hospitality Registered Training Organisation. Being registered by the Vocational Educational Training Accreditation Board (VETAB) New South Wales, we provide nationally recognised training and assessment for the hospitality industry and issue nationally recognised certifications. Filled with passion for the hospitality industry, the people who work in it and with the goal of contributing to its growth, we believe in training people right the first time.

In accordance with the Australian Quality Training Framework, Registered Training Organisations are required to disseminate clear information to each client prior to enrolment. The information within this pack has been produced by THINQ Learning & Development and is available to any prospective client in order to assist in identifying and achieving their desired outcomes.

Student Handbook
Directors, senior management and staff promote the existence of the Student Handbook to all employees, clients and participating students. The Student Handbook is available in hard copy form at every information and induction session prior to enrolment and at class sessions. We see this as promoting professional standards within the company, whilst demonstrating quality of service to our clients.

The contents of the Student Handbook will be discussed with you during the induction program. Therefore, it is important to bring this handbook with you to the induction and keep it safe during your training, as it will provide additional guidance and answers as you progress throughout your training. In this handbook, you will find information about THINQ Training's policies and procedures together with forms and documents that you may have to refer to.

Client Feedback and Quality Improvement
It is policy that THINQ Training pment identifies, monitors, reviews and responds to any form of feedback, whether grievance or gratitude. This process is vital for achieving the highest quality training and assessment. This policy extends to all customers, clients and colleagues to whom THINQ Learning & Development provides products and services.

THINQ Training will continue to improve operating procedures in accordance with industry standards, national standards and best practice techniques. THINQ Training collects regular statistical information to monitor, maintain and achieve quality improvement in the delivery of vocational education and training. To provide management with this feedback you will be asked to complete a client survey which will be distributed after induction and orientation and during your training. Please complete these surveys and return them to your trainer.
